When Frosty comes to life, he must weather a storm of adventure and the dastardly plans of the evil magician before he can find safety and happiness at the North Pole.

Twitchell's invented Summer Wheeze: a spray-can that instantly removes snow and slush, this means that Beansborough's getting snow-free. It all falls to Holly to keep Frosty from melting, and convince everybody that snow's actually a good thing.
