It is hard enough to plan a summer birthday party, but its even more fustrating when noone is letting you know if they are coming.  Everyone in my house has a summer birthday. Everyone is taking vacations this time of year, but still you would like them to come and attend your child's party.  This is my source of stress this week. 

I have always wondered what R.S.V.P. it has a French orgin and means please respond.  This week is my daughter's birthday and the invitations were sent out last week and....... there has only been one response.  I feel awful for my daughter.

I know that there is not much I can do about it, yet I needed to vent and share my feelings. Please moms and dads when someone gives you an invitation please let them know if you can or can not attend.
