The Biggest Loser has become a favorite in my house. I believe the stories are so motivating. Now, I do realize that the contestants spend all day - everyday - working out. Plus, they have staff on hand to help them with their meals.

Despite all that - it makes me want get up and get moving!

I was somewhat disappointed to see that two couples had to leave last night. They had just gotten there! They didn’t get a chance to meet Bob and Jillian before they were asked to leave. That wasn't very fair. But I have to remember that it is a TV show.
